- All products are made-to-order based on customer requirements
- Final output depends on the size, design, and customization provided by the customer
Order Process
- A design proof or preview may be shared before production
- Production begins only after customer approval
- Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Orders may require full or partial advance payment
- Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation
Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India (Pan India)
- Delivery timelines depend on customization and location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics services
Returns & Refunds
- Since all products are customized, returns and refunds are not accepted
- Exceptions apply only if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
- Cancellation before production may incur applicable charges

All designs, images, and content are the property of Lord of Walls. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate measurements and details
- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information
- Proper installation is the customer’s responsibility unless installation service is provided by us
