We provide delivery across India (Pan India).
2. Order Processing Time
- All products are made-to-order
- Processing begins only after design approval and payment confirmation
- Production time typically takes 3–7 working days
3. Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other locations: 5–8 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and order customization.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be informed at the time of order confirmation or calculated during checkout.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for such delays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Refund & Return Policy
1. No Return / No Refund
Since all our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Exceptions (Eligible Cases)
We only provide replacement or resolution in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product has been delivered
3. Reporting an Issue
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers must share clear photos or videos as proof
4. Replacement Policy
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept complaints or claims in the following situations:
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
- Damage caused due to improper installation or handling
